How to differentiate Amniotic fluid embolism and Pulmonary embolism?

Dyspnoea, restlessness, panic, feeling, cold, paraesthesiae. Usually no pain

Pulmonary oedema, ARDS, right atrial
enlargement, prominent pulmonary artery.
